2) Deposits

• Deposits are made to the SOL address displayed in the app.
• A 1% deposit fee may be applied in the platform accounting (shown on your dashboard).
• Transaction confirmation depends on the Solana network and RPC availability.

3) Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests become available 30 days after your last verified deposit (app policy).
• A 1% withdrawal fee is deducted from the requested amount.
• Withdrawal processing may require manual review.

4) Risk & Responsibility

• You are responsible for ensuring you input correct wallet addresses.
• We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses, phishing, or third-party wallet issues.

5) Compliance

If you intend to run a custodial product, offer fixed returns, or operate across jurisdictions, you must obtain appropriate legal and regulatory advice and implement strict KYC/AML and security controls.
